I've definitely fallen into the quarantine baking trend. I am so thankful for Easy Tiger bakery in Austin! They sell their starter and it even comes with a recipe to get started. I have spent the last few months perfecting the sourdough loaf thanks to Easy Tiger. I highly recommend their recipe and process if you want to give it a go. You can purchase your own sourdough starter from them here and they even ship nationwide! The entire process takes about 2 days and is worth every bite. As with all baked goods in my house, it doesn't last very long. The best part is that you can save some starter (as long as you feed it regularly) for the next time the baking itch strikes.
