What's for Dinner this Week!

What's For Dinner This Week!

I don't know about you, but I am so happy that we have one more "weekend" day over here! The Sunday night rush to get all the things done will have to wait until tomorrow...one more morning to sleep in, etc. So happy for an extra day! And, it's my Anniversary week, the Inauguration, so many exciting things to Cheers to! You know that scene in Father of the Bride where she gets a blender and cries? While I am pretty certain I am not getting a blender this year, it reminded me to once again to share what I am loving using in the kitchen. These kitchen gadgets sure do make cooking dinners easier on me! I know the Instapot has been around for a while, but if you don't have one - now is the time to invest in one. I have the 8 quart and it definitely works for my family of four. I use it weekly to make hard boiled eggs, steamed artichokes, big batches of oatmeal and rice and yummy soups, just to name a few. My Le Creuset dutch oven is also a huge favorite of mine. I have two sizes, the 5-6 quart and 7-8 quart. I love them both and pretty much use them both interchangeably. I use both the Vitamix and the Nutribullet for dips, sauces, smoothies and soups. And lastly, my Our Place One Pan is my stove top go to. Use my link for $20 off! I am excited for our meals this week. As always, let me know if you make any of them.

Have a great week full of delicious dinners! XO, Jules
