Needing a dinner refresh. There are so many amazing online recipes available. I love testing out new recipes to find my favorites. Between online options and my favorite cookbooks, I have been able to pick out some new family favorites. This week, I am trying to keep everything to one pan or one dish for easy cleanup and to minimize the heat in our house. It is still a scorching 100 + here in the ATX.
