For the last few years I have always started my morning with celery juice. It has tremendously helped my digestion and although it took some getting used to, I looked forward to it every morning. Thanks to the inspirational, Melissa Wood Health, and the heat of the summer, I have switched it up to add in a few more ingredients - whatever I have around. I love using the Nutribullet for this because the clean up is super fast - but when I have more time, the Vitamix works just as well or even a juicer. Needing to spruce up your morning? Today's juice includes:

6 celery stalks
1 cup spinach
1/2 cup kale
1/2 cucumber
1/2 lemon peeled
1/2 apple
1 tsp grated ginger
