Easy Chia Pudding



It's easy to run out of quick and nutritious ideas these days. Chia Pudding always hits the spot around here. I make a super simple version and we all love it. All you need are:


  1. Chia Seeds

  2. Milk of Choice (almond, coconut, cashew, etc.)

  3. Your favorite honey

  4. Large Refrigerator Safe Bowl with Lid

Measure 2 Tablespoons of Seeds per 1/2 Cup of Milk. Add in 1 Tablespoon of Honey and give it a good stir. Please in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours or overnight. Top with your favorite berries, cinnamon or even some plain yogurt. It's delish, refreshing and perfect at any time of the day!
